[.A3 | INTEGRATION WITH ARCHITECTURE DESIGN STUDIO I]

Architecture presentation boards are essential tools that provide a window into the design process and summarize a project's vision. These boards not only communicate designs but also showcase artistic skills, playing a crucial role in presenting work. Similarly, architectural models are utilized to represent building designs at various stages, offering 3D replicas that convey the scale and physical presence of the design, typically at a smaller scale.

The objectives of this task are twofold: first, to introduce and enhance 3D modeling skills for architectural design projects, and second, to improve proficiency in envisioning and effectively conveying architectural concepts, spaces, and forms. The assigned tasks include submitting three A1 presentation boards, sharing at least one image of holding the presentation board, providing a minimum of four images of the model from different angles, and creating a self-reflection in the e-portfolio webpage with a maximum of 1000 words. These activities collectively aim to develop and showcase skills in architectural design and communication.

These assignments have been a significant learning experience in architectural design. Starting with orthographic projections, I honed my skills in translating 3D objects into 2D drawings, improving my ability to communicate spatial concepts precisely.

Moving on to presentation boards and 3D modeling, I explored visual storytelling and hands-on creation. Crafting presentation boards became a crucial skill, emphasizing the communicative power of visual design. Simultaneously, 3D modeling added a tangible dimension to my understanding of spatial concepts, enhancing my grasp of architectural form.
The final task of producing three A1 presentation boards and a 3D model brought everything together. This required thoughtful curation, emphasizing both design details and the creative process. The self-reflection in the e-portfolio webpage was a valuable exercise, fostering self-awareness and highlighting areas for improvement.

In conclusion, these assignments collectively shaped my skills in design communication and spatial visualization. The journey, from orthographic projections to creating presentation boards and 3D models, has been challenging yet rewarding, reinforcing my commitment to excellence in architectural design.
