[.A1 | GEOMETRY & FORM]
In this design project, students explore fundamental design elements and processes, creating geometric 2D tattoo stamps and 3D models. The primary elements and Ordering Principles serve as the foundation for design expression. Conducted in a workshop-based studio, the project focuses on applying these principles, with collaboration between students and tutors to enhance critical and creative thinking. The objectives include investigating diverse idea generation approaches, exploring methods for design translation, examining design principles for effective communication, and strengthening proficiency in three-dimensional design. Tasks involve choosing an Ordering Principle, exploring it through primary elements, and creating four tattoo stamps, with the final compilation for Design Portfolio Submission.
